Ellie Whitehall, Senior Negotiator
Ellie is involved at every stage from bringing a property to market right through to handing over the keys. She conducts property viewings, leads negotiations between tenants and landlords, and collaborates closely with landlords to secure the best rental terms. Ellie also supports marketing strategy to ensure properties stand out online. Once an offer is accepted, she oversees referencing, contract drafting, and deposit registration—making sure the entire process is smooth, compliant, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Jenny Mullins, Property Coordinator
Once the keys are handed over, Jenny takes care of everything from repairs and maintenance to property inspections and day-to-day management issues.
