We’re thrilled to welcome Rebecca Whitley to our Yealmpton office as our newest sales negotiator. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience, a passion for property, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people find their perfect home.
Rebecca has a varied and inspiring background, from running the reception at Plymouth Science Park to working with children in both educational and residential care settings. Her journey has taken her through diverse roles, but it was working as a sales negotiator for a Plymouth independent company that revealed her true calling: property sales.
“I discovered my passion for houses and sales negotiating, and I absolutely love helping people through the process of buying and selling their homes,” Rebecca says.
Rebecca has lived in Plymstock for the last 22 years, with all her daughters attending Pomphlett Primary and then progressing to Plymstock School. Though she has worked in property for just over a year, she has always kept a keen eye on the market. She also loves envisioning layouts and decor in each home she views, imagining how spaces could be transformed to suit her clients’ lifestyles.
When she’s not assisting clients, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her family — she’s a proud mother of three daughters aged 25, 21, and 17. She’s also a big fan of walking with her Schnoodle puppy Barry, going to the gym, reading, and travelling to explore new destinations, historical sites, and local cuisines.
Rebecca is excited to dive into the Yealmpton property market and is looking forward to helping both buyers and sellers navigate their property journeys with care, knowledge, and a friendly smile.
