Rural Team Expands!

Luscombe Mayes rural team expands. We are delighted to introduce a number of new additions to their Rural Professionals department who have all joined within the last year.

Chloe Rose has joined the Rural Planning team as a Planning Graduate. Chloe is also undertaking a masters in town planning at the University of Plymouth to become RTPI accredited alongside her role.

Emily Woodruff BSc (Hons) MRICS has joined our Rural Professionals department as an experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. Emily is involved in a wide range of professional work including Countryside Stewardship applications, Basic Payment Scheme claims, landlord and tenant matters, farm and land sales, compensation claims and professional valuations.

Harriet Rogers has also joined the Rural Professionals department offering a wide range of support to the team including assistance with farm and land sales, grant and subsidy applications and general administration.

We also welcome Lloyd Stone to the team as a Trainee Rural Surveyor, who will be working alongside the Rural Professionals department in our Kingsbridge, South Brent and Totnes offices. Lloyd has recently started an apprenticeship course at Harper Adams University with the long-term aspiration to qualify as a Rural Chartered Surveyor.

Luscombe Maye would like to congratulate them all on joining the firm and would like to wish them every success.
