Meet Nesha Clemens Our New Assistant Branch Manager In Modbury 

We are delighted to announce that Nesha Clemens has joined the Modbury office as Assistant Branch Manager. Nesha brings with her a strong and varied background in estate agency, alongside a wealth of customer service and leadership experience developed across several industries.
 
Having previously worked in Plympton as a Listing Negotiator, Nesha has built a solid understanding of the local property market and a strong appreciation for the importance of delivering clear, honest and professional advice to clients at every stage of their property journey.
 
Nesha began her career in hairdressing, spending eight years in the industry before moving into retail management for a further two years. She later transitioned into estate agency, where she has worked for the past four and a half years, beginning in Plymouth city centre before moving into more rural-focused roles. This progression has given her a broad knowledge of a wide range of property types and client situations, as well as an adaptable and well-rounded approach to her work.
 
During her career journey, Nesha also spent time travelling in Australia, which added to her confidence, independence and ability to adapt to new environments. Outside of work, Nesha enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. She spends much of her spare time walking and hiking, and is passionate about travelling whenever she can. When the weather allows, she also enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking and spending time on the water on a jet ski.
 
Reflecting on her career so far, Nesha said she enjoys the variety that estate agency brings and values the opportunity to continually learn and develop within the industry.
