Over the past year, our team managed 200 planning applications, with the following outcomes:
- 165 approved (82.5%)
- 26 refused
- 9 withdrawn
The approved applications covered a wide range of developments, including:
- 58 agricultural buildings (including slurry and manure stores)
- 4 sets of tracks
- 14 Class Q applications
- 11 agricultural workers’ dwellings (temporary or permanent)
- 27 dwellings (replacement dwellings following Class Q, CLU applications, or change of use from holiday to residential)

- 27 business units (including Class R)
- 5 equestrian developments (stables/liveries)
